Laser welding table

There was a need for a specially developed laser welding table. The biggest challenge during the design was that the table had to bear up to 1 ton of capacity.

The specialty of the table is that the object table itself moves in 3D thanks to servo axes. Thanks to the analog STEP / DIR control, the 3-axis manual joystick allows the operator to move the table with high accuracy.

This unique table was developed primarily for repairing tasks, tools, shafts, hand welding. Our welding system works with a low heat intake to prevent the material from distortion or deformation.
