Soldering frame

For one of our client we have prepared prototype designs for a precision soldering operation. For the design of the soldering frame, we have modeled the entire workflow and the board with its components.

The jig consists of two parts. In the lower half, where the panels can be placed keeping the workpiece steady due to accurate laser cutting and milling. The upper part of the panel is intended to push the panel corners and the parts needed to be soldered.

After successful testing, a series of lasercut clamping frames are now in mass production.
