Tool drawer foam inlay

It was an important factor for our client that the tools in the workshop should not be damaged, should be moved without noise and that the tools should be kept fixed in the storage. Stock-taking could be done with a glance.

We've drawn a unique outline for each tool on paper, then 3d design were made using raster reference in cad with scaling.

Thanks to the unique design, the foams were specifically designed for the workstation, with unique tool marking and laser engraving.

When designing the foam, angular pockets needed to be created in many cases. However, with special solutions, the finished product could be shaped with special end mills.
